SAB TV had a press conference this afternoon to launch their new comedy reality show called “Comedy Ka King Kaun” at ITC Grand Central Parel. This show will have 12 of the best comedians vying for the title of the Comedy King. The show will be telecast on Sab TV, Mon to thursday, 8.30 pm, starting 14th April 2008. The comedians Deepak Raja, Parag Kansara, Rauf lala, Salim Afridi, Bhagwant Mann, Amir Rambo were the first ones to arrive. Anuj Kapoor - Sr Vice President SAB TV arrived a bit later. After welcoming the press to the conference, the show started off with some clippings being played on the plasma screen, which had the audience in splits. Actress Divya Dutta (one of the judges) and Sampada Vaze (anchor for the show) walked in much later. Contiloe Head - Mr Abhimanyu Singh - who has produced this show, also walked in. Jaspal Bhatti (one of the judges) - the much awaited person arrived when the show was just getting over.
