She is half-sister to Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and daughter of actress Hema Malini and actor Dharmendra and granddaughter of film producer Jaya Chakravarthy. She also has a sister named Ahana Deol. She went to Jamnabai Narsee School. An eminent footballer, she is one of the rare Indian actresses to sport a toned, muscular look.
