Prachi Desai displays a creation by designer Krishna Mehta during the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) in Mumbai on October 20, 2008. It was a stylish “Sunrise in the Desert Sands” as Krishna Mehta titled her collection and the beautiful colours of the desert came alive for her Spring/Summer 2009 look at Lakme Fashion Week. Colours have never been more vibrant than they were on the design canvas of Krishna as she wove her creative magic with poster red, cobalt blue, yellow, green, iridescent orange and tones of violet for a men’s and women’s line that was pure prêt.
