The Bollywood Star Shilpa Shetty shares the secret of her fitness of a sound Mind, Body and Soul in today’s chaotic world, through an instructional video based on the ancient Indian practice of yoga titled “Shilpa’s Yoga” released on DVDs and VCDs by Shemaroo Entertainment. The yoga video is shot at the beautiful backwaters of Gods own country ‘Kerala’. Directed by Manisha Jha, under the instruction of Yoga instructor Shiv Kumar Mishra and produced by Shilpa Shetty, Shilpa’s Yoga is very well executed, picturised on the scenic beach with ceremonial elephants and Kalaripayattu fighters in the background and the demonstration of Asanas in a simplified manner .
