Mona Chopra has changed her name to Sherlyn Chopra. She says she did this because she’s getting better roles, is doing nicer films and because she’s changed her image.
For those who came in late, this is with reference to Mona Chopra who displayed a lot of flesh and some acting skills in films liks Dosti – Friends Forever, Timepass, and Naughty Boy with Rahul “hairstyle” Roy; guys does the name ring a bell? This is what I like and appreciate, the grit to succeed, if you are willing to shed your inhibitions (read clothes) and your reservations about your co-star (who would act opposite Rahul Roy, there are other ways of committing professional suicide) then you stand a chance of making it somewhere in Bollywood. For the record, Naughty Boy flopped so badly that even the dedicated skin flick watchers gave it a pass. Hope that didn’t dent our girl’s confidence too much.
