Khoya Khoya Chand, is a Bollywood film directed by Sudhir Mishra and the film is slated to release in 7 December 2007. The film stars Shiney Ahuja and Soha Ali Khan in the lead roles. The film also stars Rajat Kapoor, Sushmita Mukherjee, Soniya Jehan and Vinay Pathak in important roles. The film captures the love story between an actress and a writer-director with the film industry as its backdrop in the 1950s. The film begins in 1954 and ends in 1965. The film is based in the Hindi film industry of the 50s. It is the story of two talented people. There is a writer-director (Shiney Ahuja) who liberates an actress (Soha Ali Khan) from the stranglehold of a powerful actor (Rajat Kapoor), and then begins to use her for himself. In the end, he realises the folly of his ways and atones for it.
